Growth Renewable Energy and its Cross-Continental subsidiary have been key partners in the construction of the 110MW Crescent Dunes Solar Energy Project near Tonopah, Nevada, about 190 miles (300 km) northwest of Las Vegas – the first concentrated solar power (CSP) facility featuring molten salt energy storage technology and boasting 296 acres of solar collectors. Growth Renewable Energy has also been instrumental in the construction of the 55MW Bokpoort CSP in South Africa’s Northern Cape province which includes a 1,300MWh storage facility that uses over 39,000 tons of eco-friendly potassium and sodium nitrate to capture and hold electrical power. Leveraging its experience, Growth Renewable Energy was also asked to participate in the construction of the 50MW Shagaya CSP plant in Kuwait. The company has been internationally recognized and celebrated for its engineering prowess and expertise in the deployment of next-gen technologies to further improve the efficiency of renewable energy generation.
